Student Enrollment

Complete our Prospective Student/Waitlist Form
We will review your submission and verify that we have availability in the proper age group.
If we have an available spot for your student, you will receive an email with a link to our online enrollment form.
You will need to complete the online enrollment form and pay the registration fee within 5 business days.
The non-refundable registration fee is $110, payable by check or money order ONLY. Please make check or money order payable to FMC.

Please note:

Student's must be 18 months or older by September 1st of the school year that you are enrolling for.
Your student’s spot is not guaranteed until the online enrollment form is completed and the registration fee is paid.
If the if the enrollment form and registration fee have not been received within 5 business days, the spot will be offered to the next student on the list.
If your student is placed on the waitlist, you will receive a monthly reminder email (1st Friday of the month) that you are still on the list.
