We are excited to give you some information about our programs and the advantages of placing your child in our school.
Our curriculum is Wee Learn a Christian based program. We supplement our core curriculum with additional learning sheets to enhance the developmental stages of the children we serve.
A typical day at school will have the children going to a chapel, music, gym and multiple center
time. Our centers include art, home living, blocks, books/listening, nature/science and puzzles/manipulatives.
Your child will have the opportunity to bring their favorite sack lunch each day and share that social time with the other children, in addition to the lunch that you will provide the children will receive a mid-morning snack.
We are dedicated to helping your child develop their gross and fine motor skills in our gym where we offer a small trampoline, balance beam, tumbling mats and other skill building equipment.
Our Do Re Me Maria music curriculum is built around the children learning music while being exposed to different types of music cultures. Ms Kari our Music teacher has experience in bringing dance, movement and FUN to music. Ms Kari prepares two programs a year that are filled with songs of worship and praise that we share with our families.
All of our teachers are state certified and have a love for sharing learning with children through fun creative activities Our ratio is eight children per teacher so this allows the teacher to get to know your child and teach to their individual needs. We also offer tutoring with children that require just a little more practice in perfecting those fine motor skills.
Health and safety are and will always be a priority of our school. Our school will be taking steps this next year to provide additional safety for our children by having classroom monitors in each classroom. The monitors will enable the director to be in communication with each classroom.
Our goal is to make learning fun and enjoyable while preparing each of our little ones with the basics needed to enter public school.
